GRIP at SANORD21: Food as knowledge, interconnecting the Global South

The SANORD 2021 conference was hosted by the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and the University of Bergen 7-10 September 2021. The conference focused on how SANORD partners can use and strengthen partner­ships – with the aims of meeting the needs of the UN 2030 Agenda. GRIP was a contributor to the sub-theme “Epistemic challenges, intellectual labour and South-North partnerships” and we are happy to be able to publish the keynote by Maria Paula Meneses, and the following discussion, as an episode in our podcast Unequal Worlds.
